Applying for visa via Consular Office of the Embassy

☐ Eligibility criteria for application

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who plans to visit for a short-term employment such as temporary show, advertising·modeling, lecturing·speeching, research, technology consulting, etc.

☐ Requirements and Documents for application [MUST BE IN ENGLISH OR KOREAN]

➀ visa application e-form (form no. 17)

     the application should have bar-code at the top right corner of the first page and signed on the last page

➁ one passport photo (photo size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, color photograph of face, front view on white background, taken 

     within the past six months)

➂ physical passport (6 months valid)

➃ a copy of passport

➄ a copy of permanent residence permit in Sweden or valid residence permit card  (Back&Front side)

A. Detachment under the Service Contract (e.g. engineers)

➅ formal Invitation Letter (공식 초청장) 

     the invitation letter must be as detailed as possible

➆ a copy of Certificate for Business Registration for Korean Company (사업자등록증 사본)

➇ a copy of service contract including all parties' signatures or stamps, or a purchase order 

     (용역계약서 또는 구매계약서, 사업 수주 계약서 등 사본)

➈ a letter of dispatchment order or a letter of a business trip order issued by your company

     (파견명령서 또는 출장명령서)

⑩︎ a copy of Certificate for Business Registration(Registreringsbevis) for your company (Bolagsverket)

B. Advertisement/Fashion Model (광고모델의 경우)

➅ formal Invitation Letter (공식 초청장)

➆ a copy of Certificate for Business Registration for Korean Company (사업자등록증 사본)

➇ certificate from Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) (대중문화예술기획업 등록증)

➈ VAX Tax Standard Certificate (부가가치세 과세표준증명/매출과세표준)

➉ Tax Payment Certificate (납세증명서)

⑪ other proof of the company’s stability for verifying capability to operate model company

    (기타 기업의 건전성을 증빙하는 서류(모델 매니지먼트 능력 검증))

⑫ Employment Contract(고용계약서), Letter of Guarantee(신원보증서), Resume/Portfolio (이력서)

⑬ Parental Consent for Minors (보호자 동의서, 미성년인 경우)

⑭ Employment Contract per advertisement/fashion show with all parties' signature

     (광고촬영ˑ패션쇼 관련 계약서(광고건별 제출))

⑮ performance outline written by advertiser (광고촬영, 패션쇼관련 모델 사용개요(광고주작성))

⑯ detailed activity plan in Korea (국내 활동계획서)

⑰ other documents proving the expertise of the model (ex. awards, published articles etc)

     (기타 모델의 전문성을 입증할 수 있는 서류)

C. Performance in accordance to Public Performance Act (공연법 규정에 의한 공연)

➅ formal Invitation Letter (공식 초청장) 

➆ a copy of Certificate of Business Registration of the Korean Company (사업자등록증 사본)

➇ recommendation letter from Korea Media Rating Board (영상물등급위원회의 공연추천서)

➈ performance Outline (공연계획서)

➉ performance Contract (공연계약서)

⑪ parental Consent for Minors (보호자 동의서, 미성년인 경우)

※ The head of the Korean Embassy can request for additional documents depending on the

     condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.

☐ Visa Type

Single-entry visa.

Periods of stay for this visa will be granted for up to 90 days.

※ You should enter Korea in 3 months from the visa issuance date.

o Visa process will take 2~3 weeks to be completed.

o Applicants are strongly advised not to book flight tickets or hotels until you have a visa.

o No Emergency visa issuance or expedited service available.
